| Should CAM approach you for a Search Assignment |
|
Our candidates are identified through intensive research and are approached as being a potential match for our client's needs. You will have been identified as a result of a systematic research process which is managed by a Director in our company. At our initial meeting we will not be having
an interview but rather a discussion to establish mutual interest in a position for which you have been approached. Typical points of discussion will include an outline of the position that we are trying to fill, your personal background, work history and remuneration package (cash portion, bonuses, benefits, etc.).

| Preparing for an interview |
|
You will be expected to have researched our client’s company and industry and have gained good general knowledge before your interview. This will benefit you in the interview process in determining whether your career aspirations can be met by the client and indeed by the prospective position. |

| Feedback |
|
We may not always be able to give instant feedback about any outcomes or recommendations but we will try to ensure that you at least receive some immediate feedback on the process and any initial conclusions, if possible. We are committed to treating you throughout with respect and we will
aim to provide you with feedback that is as job specific as is possible within the confines of the brief that we are working with.

| Assessments |
|
Our client may require a preferred candidate to be assessed. The assessments to be undertaken will be discussed with you and detailed feedback on the results will be provided. Occasionally, our clients require preferred candidates to be assessed. Assessments take place at our offices and
candidates receive detailed feedback on the results.

| Reference checks |
|
Thorough reference checking is part of our guarantee of quality to clients and reference checking is carried out on all preferred candidates. This includes verification of qualifications, a criminal record check and a credit check in addition to three telephonic personal references. You will be
expected to provide contact details of at least three referees.

| Communication |
|
Close contact is maintained with our candidates to identify, articulate and effect a successful resolution of any issues arising. Contact is maintained with both client and candidate once the candidate has joined a client organisation to help ensure the candidate’s successful integration
into the new company.
